Antonio Martino is an Italian tax lawyer and Of Counsel at DLA Piper Italy, based in Milan, where he is Co-Head of the Private Client and Family Business sector, advising high-net-worth individuals, international families, banks and family offices on complex tax matters, including wealth structuring and protection, cross-border reorganizations and high-value tax disputes, as well as on tax residence issues, offshore asset regularization and philanthropic initiatives.

Antonio Tomassini is a tax Partner at DLA Piper, Vice President of Confindustria Africa & Mediterraneo, PhD and Adjunct Professor in tax law. He specializes in international taxation, tax litigation and M&A, advising clients in Italy and abroad in complex matters and deals. He has been advisor to governments and politicians in a number of law projects, mainly focused on the attraction of investments.
