The brand new property is located in the Albere district of Trento. Recently inaugurated, it includes a 250-seat auditorium and some event rooms, including one with 99 seats. In the construction of the building, particular attention was paid to environmental sustainability, with specifications regarding the energy and acoustic insulating capacity of the building envelope. The structure also has a heating and cooling system with radiant panels.

He has over twenty years of experience in the financial sector, gained between London and New York, where he held the position of Managing Director at Merrill Lynch and Smith Barney. He is an Affiliated Professor of Finance at ESCP Business School, an advisor to the Italian Government, and a consultant to the Senate.
