Palazzo Calepini, currently serving as the headquarters for Fondazione Caritro, dates back to the late 16th century and was built at the behest of the noble Calepini family from the Giudicarie valleys. Between 1823 and 1844, Palazzo Calepini served as the seat of the Prince Bishops of Trento. In 1999, the building was acquired by the foundation to be used as their institutional headquarters.

He also serves as President of the Orafi Trentini (Trento Goldsmiths) within Confcommercio and Vice President of the Associazione Tutela Orafi, a historic mutual aid society that brings together industry professionals in the Trentino region. Vincenzo Aucella is a dynamic and innovative figure within the historic company specialized in coral processing. He serves as Senior Vice President of Federpreziosi Confcommercio and President of Assocoral, the National Association of Producers of Coral, Cameos and related materials of Torre del Greco, and of the Consorzio Corallo e Cammeo Torrese. In 2025, he spearheaded the application process with the MIMIT for PGI status for coral processing and cameo carving.

At the helm, alongside his brother Alessandro, of Giordini Srl, a historic third-generation goldsmith company that celebrated 60 years of business in 2024. He is currently the President of the Goldsmithing and Jewelry Section of Confindustria Toscana Sud, a Board Member of Federorafi Confindustria and of the Arezzo-Siena Chamber of Commerce, and a Censor of the Arezzo branch of the Bank of Italy, actively contributing to the economic and institutional development of the region.

A Law graduate, he has built a strong profile in the legal and institutional fields, helping to strengthen the dialogue between the sector, legislators, and public institutions.

Previously Vice President of the Federation with a mandate for sustainability, she combines a solid scientific background with a strategic vision focused on innovation and corporate social responsibility. She serves as President of Unoaerre Industries and Managing Director of Chimet, an international leader in the recovery and refining of precious metals.
