She has gained experiences in different sectors (TNT Post Group, News Corporation Ltd. Group – Sky, MPS, Vodafone) as HR Director and Organization. She currently holds the positions of Chief Operating Officer Italy and Head of People & Culture Italy at UniCredit. At ABI, she is Chairman of the Committee for Trade Union and Labor Affairs (CASL) and member of the Executive Committee and of the Presidential Committee.

Nicholas Eberstadt holds the Wendt Chair in Political Economy at AEI, where he researches and writes on demographics, economic development, and international security.  His latest book is America’s Human Arithmetic (2025).   His PhD, MPA, and AB are from Harvard University and his MSc is from the LSE

 Daniela Fumarola was born in Taranto in 1966. After graduating in Sociology from the Catholic University, she was elected CISL General Secretary on 12 February 2025. She led CISL in the city of Taranto and the Puglia region. Her most notable campaigns included combatting illegal labour intermediation and negotiating territorial pacts for the development and environmental regeneration of the former Ilva area.

An experienced labor market journalist, at Sole 24 ore since 1996 he has covered the negotiations of large industrial groups. A graduate of La Sapienza University in Literature and Philosophy, he holds a two-year master's degree in journalism and communications from Luiss. 

Maurizio Tarquini, born in Rome in 1959, after obtaining a Degree in Statistical and Demographic Sciences, holds a PhD in Mathematical, Economic, and Statistical Analysis of Social Phenomena. He has held various significant positions, including General Director of Unindustria and Director General of Confindustria since 2024.

Full professor at the Catholic University of Milan where she teaches “Sociology of Migration” and “Organizations, People, Sustainability and Corporate Citizenship”; Head of the Research Center WWELL - Work, Welfare, Enterprise, Lifelong learning.
