An illustrious concert hall in a building on Via Giuseppe Verdi, which harks back to the Austro-Hungarian Empire and the numerous musical associations (Musikverein) once found in Ljubljana and all the way to Vienna. It is home to the Philharmonic Society of Trento, founded in 1795. It boasts a beautiful organ, dating back to 1906.

Giulia Casonato, born in Trento in 1997, is Councilor for Social Policies, Housing, and Participation for the City of Trento. She earned a master's degree in Behavioral and Applied Economics from the University of Trento. Previously, she served as Councilor for Green and Digital Transition for Trento.

Full Professor of Accounting, University of Trento. She is Council Member at the Centre for Social and Environmental Accounting Research networks and director of CSEAR Italy. She is an Associate Editor of top-tier international accounting journals, and her research interests focus on sustainability accounting and corporate social responsibility.

Ericka Costa

Councillor for the ecological and digital transition of the Municipality of Trento. Formerly responsible for the communication of CSV Trentino and Villa Sant'Ignazio, where he was responsible for the Third Sector of Evolution. A communication sociologist and ecologist, he combines institutional,political and civic commitment with attention to the social transformations of the territory.

Andreas Fernandez

My interests include entrepreneurial education, creativity, open social innovation, and regional development. I was a Fulbright Scholar at Texas State University. I have worked as a project manager at various organizations, including a startup incubated at H-FARM and the Ca’ Foscari Contamination Lab.

Current events

Palazzo Calepini, currently serving as the headquarters for Fondazione Caritro, dates back to the late 16th century and was built at the behest of the noble Calepini family from the Giudicarie valleys. Between 1823 and 1844, Palazzo Calepini served as the seat of the Prince Bishops of Trento. In 1999, the building was acquired by the foundation to be used as their institutional headquarters.

Matteo Bertoldi is a local councillor in Trento, active in civil protection and social volunteering. He is a law student at the University of Trento and has been involved in student representation. He also served as a member of the Provincial Electoral Commission until 2025. He focuses on youth participation, a topic he also addressed in the previous edition of the Festival.

Matteo Bertoldi

Third-year student in Political Science and International Relations at the University of Trento. She has been President of the Provincial Youth Council of the Autonomous Province of Trento (PAT) since February 2025, appointed as a representative of the local associations. Member of the Youth Plan for the Giudicarie Esteriori area and actively involved in the local associative network.

Member of the Provincial Student Council of Trento for 4 years and currently its President. Since this year, also Vice National Spokesperson for Italian Students at the Ministry of Education and Merit (MIM).
