An illustrious concert hall in a building on Via Giuseppe Verdi, which harks back to the Austro-Hungarian Empire and the numerous musical associations (Musikverein) once found in Ljubljana and all the way to Vienna. He holds a PhD in Constitutional Law. A career diplomat since 1994, he has served as Spain’s Ambassador to the Democratic Republic of the Congo and to Ethiopia, as Permanent Representative of Spain to NATO, and has been Spain’s Ambassador to Italy since 2022.

Marcello Messori is part-time Professor at the Schuman Centre, European University Institute (EUI), member of the EMU-Lab established at the same Schuman Centre. He is also a non-resident Fellow at the Institute for European Policy Making (IEP), Bocconi University. He is co-coordinator of the ‘Europa Group’ at the Astrid Foundation.

Lina Palmerini is a Senior Editor and Parliamentary Correspondent, and since 2012, the Quirinale Correspondent for Il Sole 24 Ore. She is the co-author of two books on labor issues: Il lavoro in affitto and Carriere in azienda. In 2019, she was the recipient of the Carlo Casalegno Journalism Award and the Biagio Agnes Award.

Lina Palmerini

Rocca is Chairman of the Techint Group, President and Founder of Humanitas Research Hospital and Humanitas University, President of Fondazione Cini in Venice and Member of ERT. He also serves as Vice President of the Aspen Institute and sits on the European Advisory Board of Harvard Business School.
