Luigi Bisignani

Author of best-selling political non-fiction: 'L'uomo che sussurra ai potenti' (2013), 'I potenti al tempo di Renzi' (2015), 'I potenti al tempo di Giorgia' (2023) and the hugely successful spy thriller, Luigi Bisignani worked at ANSA and contributed to Panorama and L'Espresso. He served as press officer for several ministries during the First Republic.

Tommaso Cerno

Editor-in-Chief - Il Giornale

Tommaso Cerno (Udine, 1975) began his career at «Il Messaggero Veneto» and joined «L’Espresso» in 2009 as the Current Affairs Editor. He collaborates with «la Repubblica» and returned to «Il Messaggero Veneto» as editor in 2014. He directed «L’Espresso» (2016–2017) and was co-editor-in-chief of «la Repubblica» (2017–2018). Elected to the Senate in 2018, he has also led «L'Identità». Since March 2024 he has directed «Il Tempo» and, since December 2025, is editor-in-chief of «Il Giornale».

Fabrizio Palenzona

Chairman - Prelios Group

Fabrizio Palenzona, Knight of Labour, is Chairman of Prelios and FaiService. He previously served as Vice Chairman of UniCredit, Board Member of Mediobanca, and Chairman of Aviva Italia, Aeroporti di Roma, Impregilo and Gemina. He was Mayor of Tortona and President of the Province of Alessandria. He holds a Law degree from the University of Pavia.

With marvellous frescoes and crenelated towers, Buonconsiglio is the most important castle in Trentino. Having served as the seat of the Prince-Bishops of Trent for centuries, today the castle is home to the provincial art and archaeology collections and the famous Torre Aquila, whose walls are frescoed with the renowned “Ciclo dei Mesi” (“Cycle of the Months”), an international Gothic masterpiece. A number of Festival dell’Economia events will take place in its Sala Gerola, which seats 110 people.
