Carlo Bonini

Deputy chief editor - La Repubblica

Journalist and writer, he served as a special correspondent for *La Repubblica* for over twenty years before becoming its deputy chief editor. He has worked for *il manifesto*, *Newsweek*, and *Corriere della Sera*. He has published numerous books with Einaudi and Feltrinelli (including *Suburra* and *Acab*) and has written screenplays for films and TV series. He teaches in the master’s program in journalism at Luiss.

Raffaella Calandra

Il Sole 24 Ore

Raffaella Calandra is a correspondent for Il Sole 24 Ore and formerly for Radio 24, where she hosted the program Storiacce for many years. With a passion for contemporary investigative journalism and ancient tragedies, she teaches at the "W. Tobagi" Graduate School of Journalism in Milan, where she also served as Deputy Director. From February 2021 to the summer of 2024, she was the Head of Communications for the Ministry of Justice. She has contributed to several publications.

Franco Gabrielli è Professor of Practice presso SDA Bocconi. Ha guidato il Dipartimento della protezione civile nazionale ed è stato Capo della Polizia - Direttore generale della pubblica sicurezza. Ha ricoperto incarichi di vertice nei settori della public security, safety e intelligence ed è stato Autorità delegata per la sicurezza della Repubblica.

With marvellous frescoes and crenelated towers, Buonconsiglio is the most important castle in Trentino. Having served as the seat of the Prince-Bishops of Trent for centuries, today the castle is home to the provincial art and archaeology collections and the famous Torre Aquila, whose walls are frescoed with the renowned “Ciclo dei Mesi” (“Cycle of the Months”), an international Gothic masterpiece. A number of Festival dell’Economia events will take place in its Sala Gerola, which seats 110 people.
